Q. What is Autotask Community Live?

A. Autotask Community Live! is the live-and-in-person version of the Autotask online Community. This event is the largest gathering of Autotask customers and partners across the globe with opportunities to network, share best practices, and to attend sessions, panel discussions and interactive forums conducted by Autotask employees and Autotask MVPs.

Q. Who should attend Autotask Community Live?

A. This event will be attended by a wide range of professionals across different job functions. Much of the content will be aimed at VARs, MSPs and other technology solution providers, but as we have many customers who benefit from our business management solutions, other companies will find value by attending the conference as well. Autotask Community Live! will also be attended by Autotask's integration partners, press and other members of the IT solutions community.

Q. What is the Academy Boot Camp?

A. The Academy Boot Camp is a full day of training designed to increase the value of Autotask for both new users and those who are looking to increase their productivity and optimize their use of Autotask. Separate registration is required for the Academy Boot Camp - you'll have the option to enroll during the registration process. For more details on the agenda, click the Pre-Day Events tab.

A. The event will be held at the JW Marriott Orlando in Orlando, FL

Q. When does Early Bird registration end?

A. Early Bird registration ends February 29, 2012

Q. I'm bringing a companion. Can my companion attend the event?

A. Spouse/Guest registrations are available for access to social events being offered Sunday and Monday evenings.

Q. What is the smoking policy at the venue?

A. To preserve the pristine conditions of the JW Marriott, this facility is non-smoking. Smoking areas are provided at specific outdoor locations around the hotel.

Q. Will the sessions be recorded?

A. We do not have plans to record sessions at this time.

Q. Am I allowed to record any of the presentations or demonstrations during Autotask Community Live?

A. Any unauthorized recording of the presentations or demonstrations at Autotask Community Live! is prohibited.
