Q. What is Autotask Community Live!?

A. Autotask Community Live! Is the live-and-in-person version of the Autotask online Community. This event will be the largest gathering of Autotask customers and partners across the globe with opportunities to network, share best practices, and to attend sessions, panel discussions and interactive forums conducted by both Autotask employees and Autotask “super-user” customers. Active online Community members will receive enhanced value from the live event by participating in our Community Live! event forums to give input on a variety of levels.


Q. Who should attend Autotask Community Live!?

A. This event will be attended by a wide range of professionals across different job functions. Much of the content will be aimed at companies who provide IT services, but as we have many customers who benefit from our business management solutions, other companies will find value by attending the conference as well (review the agenda on the registration website for specifics). Autotask Community Live! will also be attended by Autotask’s integration partners, press, and other members of the IT technology community.


Q. What is the Autotask Accelerator Boot Camp?

A. The Boot camp is a full day of training designed to increase the value of Autotask for both new users, and those who have been using Autotask for a while. Separate registration is required for this event (you’ll have the option to sign up during the registration process). Q. How do I register?

A. You can register, pay online, and book your hotel at our registration website.

Q. What is the location and hotel information?

A. Information and a registration links are also available at the registration website. The event will be held at the InterContinental Miami Hotel at the rate of $159 including internet for a traditional room.

Q. What is the cost?

A. The base registration per person is US $495. Seats are limited and we do expect the event to sell out, so please plan to register early.

Q. Where can I get updates?

A. The best place way to stay current (and give input) on the Community Live! Event is to subscribe to the Forums in the online community. Once you are registered, you will also receive email updates relative to the event.


Q. Im bringing a companion. Can my companion attend the event?

A. Currently, space is limited and registrations are being offered only to Autotask customers and partners at this time.


Q. What is the smoking policy at the venue?

A. To preserve the pristine conditions of the InterContinental Miami Hotel, this facility is non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms (with the exception of one smoking floor, which can be requested), restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, and interior public space. Smoking areas are provided at specific outdoor locations around the hotel.


Q. Am I allowed to record any of the presentations or demonstrations during Autotask Community Live!?

A. Any unauthorized recording of the presentations or demonstrations at Autotask Community Live!? is strictly prohibited.

Q. What will I get out of attending Autotask Community Live! and how can I justify the expense?

A. We understand that these are tough economic times and that your time is valuable. We feel there could be no more important time to increase your product knowledge so that you can recognize the full value of your Autotask solutions, and to learn best practices from your peers, and our staff, that will help you increase your ROI on your investment even further. We have priced our conference at USD $495 per person and in order to minimize your costs and incent you to attend, we are offering an early bird discount of $200 for a limited time. Many of the sessions offered hold an individual value comparable to the cost of the entire conference. We are confident you will find that the long-term value you receive will far outweigh the registration fee (and please take advantage of our early bird discount!).


Q. When does early bird registration end?

A. We haven’t finalized a final cut off date but we plan to close the early bird registration within the next few weeks.


Q. Will the sessions be recorded?

A. We’re looking into recording the sessions; we at least want to capture a portion of them for anyone that will not be able to attend.

A. Not at this time
