Who should attend?
This is a beginner level course that assumes you have had no previous exposure to Autotask LiveReports except perhaps having viewed a training video. If you have attended our webinar or Community On Tour training sessions and built simple reports, you may want to consider our afternoon workshop.
What you will learn?
We will answer the daunting question of "where do I get started with New LiveReports?" and show you how to start from scratch to create and format your reports and schedule them for delivery.
We will also venture into a second method of report writing - duplicating a system report. During this segment we will show you how to benefit from and leverage the work of other Autotask System Reports and add simple charting into your reports.
